Cam memories of being warm and stoned in a garage listening to your friends play music, driving from grand rapids to chicago and getting stuck in a thought loop in that part of indiana where everything looks the same, adult super stores on the side of I-94, the first warm day in spring, the feeling of waking up in the cold for class in the winter but being glued to your bed Favorite track: Moth.

Pomegranates 03:42
pomegranates oh my god this has to be the greatest food i’ve ever tasted oh my god the meal we made was brilliant as the sky and the clouds delighted and i think that that was the first time tried pomegranate but regrettably the last time i had it the color of its seeds makes me think of your apartment every time the color of its seeds reminds me of that avocado heart shape that i made there is no other way to enter the painting than to just step inside of it and look around there is nobody in the painting it is you the sky and the ground and all the other little features of nature that make us smile when we think about landscapes romantics like constable friedrich turner and when i think about that it makes me smile it really makes me smile
2.
Laney 03:11
laney i felt so feeble look at my pupils don’t speak you’re evil laney my equal curtailed my coupon hoggish bought dijon and i felt so feeble look at my pupils i missed every word you said lost connection from your mouth to my head appreciate the way your teeth cut words forcing meaning from your lips that are pursed you’re stationed i walk out
3.
Owl 01:14
orbital fear pills to the end provocateur parades and defense i should be soaking i should be floating
4.
Cantilever 05:56
cantilever tethered to discourse by a split bill and previously determined agreement to occupy the same space at the same time much like how gravity brings all things great and small to a unified point five feet from the face when your gum loses flavor and there is no trash can around do you keep chewing to appease the tension or with malicious intent stick it under your chair
5.
my rotating head intense bouts of vertigo teach me that at night with my eyes closed i am not invisible but rather consequential and with agency in dreams I fly awkwardly uncoordinated to a textured picture of life while my body shrinks and everything i hold swells in the palm of my hand my rotating head is swollen and large and when i go to bed it fills with images of my day if i hold them long enough my awake disintegrates away and i begin to sleep
6.
Moth 03:11
moth augmenting pain its gruff skin turns very soft incapable soaking into light like moths you feel it pull at your legs undertoes it feels so dull to the touch futile
7.
the comforts you seek before and after sleep comfort in the morning comes in different waves feelings most important at dark or in the day with warmth that’s in a blanket or pushing through the cold to buy some eggs and bacon or butter for my rolls and i feel insecure now my comfort’s gone away life is far less pure now at some point that will change and i look forward to the wait to sleep or wake up early i’ll burden all my friends i’m rushing if it’s dark out in the morning i’ll pretend that i have earned a resting a heart rate slowed at best if i forced myself to get out i would ward off certain death and i look forward to the wait
8.
pastel color theory i feel cirrus clouds at sunset have this force of grace that makes humans float slowly vertically towards the sky or shall i study pastel color theory to ease the pull of grace to expand the palate to tertiary on a horizontal plane to obtain lightness of panorama so you can bathe in its hues or shall i try to form it in words to glean a sense of its use do you think that it could fit on a wheel i don’t think it could the clouds cast colors of delicate glow how could that fit on a color wheel i retreat to comfort when i see a sunset i think no meaning can be drawn from pain my glass is overflowing because bliss caused the distraction turning off the faucet or checking in
9.
Floatdown 07:00
floatdown my earthly body my space bound spirit holes expand for us to hear it i'll cut my head off it’s called defiance antiquated acts of violence in the morning i'm in mourning the birds are gone and life is boring we started spitting on the ground we made a puddle our reflections danced to sound i still wore my muzzle when the bruises all are found i still won't kiss you we'll start spitting on the ground we'll make a puddle and when my days are numbered still we'll burn down houses we'll take some pills in the morning i’m in mourning the birds are gone and life is boring
